This Richmond, VA home was ready for a front stoop makeover.

The original footing was thin and insufficient and the result was the step pulling away from the stoop.
Once we removed the step we drilled in rebar to secure the new concrete footing.
This will prevent the step from separating in the future.

(We also demoed and relayed this homeowners front sidewalk the year before, so we know the footing under the sidewalk is superior!)

Insufficient footings and water intrusion can cause masonry work to rapidly deteriorate.

We are a licensed masonry company proudly serving central Virginia to include the counties of Chesterfield, Colonial Heights, Goochland, Hanover, Henrico, Louisa, Mechanicsville, Midlothian, Powhatan, Richmond, and anywhere inbetween.  Don't settle
for a masonry contractor that hires out their work and then doesn't supervise the quality of your masonry project.  We will provide
you with the projected cost up front, in writing and then be there to install or repair your brick, block, or stone ourselves.  Locally owned and family operated, no job is too small.  Give us a call!

AFTER

After removing the original, square tiles we poured a new slab and installed brick pavers in a herringbone pattern.
We also re-grouted the rowlock prior to relaying the step.
